The main goal is to provide support to its users and members, a safe environment for work, connection, cooperation and the exchange of knowledge and experience with others. User satisfaction is our priority, therefore we all need to respect the following house rules:

  • Be professional. There is a working atmosphere in the space, so treat other users, as well as the space and employees, with respect and appreciation, without disturbance or discrimination. Respect the privacy of other users and do not talk loudly.
  • Be quiet. Put your phone on silent. The volume of the headphones should not disturb other users. Calls are not allowed in the common work area, use a phone booth or meeting room. The phone booth is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and as far as the meeting room is concerned, make a reservation in time.
  • Respect available network and Internet resources. If you are downloading or sending something extremely large, you are putting a load on the network, so please inform other users. Downloading and sharing of legally protected digital intellectual property is not permitted.
  • Take care of your private things. Do not leave things on the desktop if you are not currently present. hub unipromet is not responsible for lost or stolen items. You can store your valuables in a private locker.
  • Respect the schedule of use of workstations. Use the space for events and meetings according to the schedule and do not stay longer than you are allowed to.
  • Keep the work area clean and tidy. After use, leave it in the condition in which you found it. A user who beaks something or does any damage to property will be obliged to compensate the full amount of the resulting damage. Do not leave your things in the common area after the working day, clean your desk, and sort the waste and put it in the designated bins. We will do our best to recycle that waste.
  • It is not allowed to bring in, take out and move furniture found in the premises.
  • Leave the lavatory clean and tidy after use, as it is a common space for all users. In case you notice a lack of hygiene products, inform the staff immediately.
  • It is not allowed to bring in animals into the space.
  • You can use all the resources unlimitedly, but responsibly. If you are not using any electronic devices, turn them off. If you are the last person to leave the work area, turn off the lights. Do not leave the windows open if the heating or air conditioning is on.
  • Eating food is not allowed, except for fresh fruit. Do not take food or drink belonging to other users without their permission.
  • Fruits, water and tea are available and their consumption is allowed only in the kitchen. After consumption, the area must be cleaned, and the dishes used must be washed. It is allowed to store odourless food and drinks in the fridge for a maximum of 24 hours. If you bring your own food, keep it in the refrigerator labelled with your name and date.
  • Every Friday at 16.00 there will be a “clean Friday” activity where the refrigerator will be inspected, and everything found in it will be thrown away.
  • Do not use other people’s devices without their permission, or touch or move other people’s things without prior approval or agreement.
  • If you arrange a meeting with a guest, inform the manager of the coworking space of their arrival in order to arrange a place of welcome for the visitor and determine their time of stay.
  • Consumption of alcohol and other intoxicants and cigarettes (electronic substitutes or iqos) is not allowed. Smoking is allowed outside, in front of the building.

By accepting the services and using the space, you become a user. The house rules apply to all users, and compliance with the rules ensures a quality and fair working environment. Violation of the house rules will not be tolerated and in this case we will be forced to terminate the contract.
