WHAT IS THE 11-DAY PROCESS?
The 11-day process involves the in-depth practice of pranic awareness, pranic mind and pranic body. This process is a beautiful inner journey to one’s own divinity, which has been led and shared by Swami Bhai for more than 15 years. Thousands of people around the world have participated in the 11-day process and experienced it as a turning point in their lives. By entering this inner adventure, something will change significantly in you.
During this journey, we will enjoy only juices, which give the body a lot of energy and minimally burden the digestive system. We also experience a dry fast for three days that allows for cleansing, healing and recovery on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level to happen. In addition, the body learns to feed on more subtle energies. It is a process of connecting with other realities and Being.
WHO IS SWAMI BHAI?
SWAMI BHAI is known to many as Victor Truviano, who has been living on prana for two decades.
Victor was born in Argentina and lived near Buenos Aires for many years. From early childhood he played the violin and from age 7 gave concerts all over the world. Then in his twenties he decided to leave everything and live in nature. He has not eaten solid food since 2006, but he says that this is only a consequence of his pranic state. He has a strong and active personality. He lives in a state of constant joy. He sleeps two to four hours a day, and sometimes does not sleep for days. This is due to his ability to maintain a very high level of energy thanks to this infinite source of nutrients that allows him to regenerate his body, teeth, hair, treat myopia and bone fractures. His teeth grew back and he recovered from a dramatic fall while paragliding, all while in a state of prana. For more than 15 years he has been traveling to different countries around the world teaching this deep inner process that he calls the Babaji state, and he was in Bosnia and Herzegovina for the first time 10 years ago.
If you wonder how this is possible, Victor says that life is a miracle, and he is part of life.
Swami Bhai also conducts silent meditation. During this retreat, he gives initiation into the Babaji state in silent meditation. It is the sharing of silence that is beyond understanding. “The Babaji state is our inheritance, the fragrance to which we are entitled to illuminate all the spaces and levels, all the dimensions – of this human body in which we exist-not. The Babaji state is the infinity of options, the immeasurable possibility of everything that the human mind can imagine.” (Vicente Tiburcio in the introduction to the book The Babaji State). Swami Bhai is a beacon, a guide to all of us who, each in our own way, are walking through this life towards an inevitable destiny – enlightenment. Or, as he simply puts it: „At a certain point in our existence, each of us will have a pranic body and consciousness“.
Swami Bhai is not telling you to stop eating. He invites you to sit with him in Silence: “Let go of the here and now. To be present is to be in time, in space, in knowledge, and that can cause a great obstacle if knowledge comes only from learning. To be in presence is to be outside of time. To be in presence is to be in wisdom, and wisdom has no limits.”
He invites you to do something in these 11 days that you usually never do in your life – to stop doing anything. Because in life we are always doing something. But we also know that we are not what we do. And when you are doing nothing, it is not easy to be with yourself. The pranic state overall is to stop with the needing.
